Mexican Scrambled Eggs/Omelette

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1/2 c chopped ham
  • 1/4 c copped green pepper
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Fire in the Hole or Flicker of Fire Salsa (to your taste)
  • 1/4 c butter
  • Mushrooms(optional)

Directions

  1. Whip together milk eggs & salsa.
  2. Sauté onions green pepper mushrooms in butter with ham.
  3. Blend in egg mixture.
  4. Cook over low heat until eggs are set stir gently now & then.
